Updating Upgrade Tests script

The old step 2.2 (ITK-20-04-00) is not so useful anymore now that more up-to-date geometries are well established, and so the script is updated to only run the step 3.0 (ITK-17-06-00) tests, to save time for developers.

Also taking the input HITS from a more sensible place (cvmfs) rather than my afs ;-)
