Update TriggerFlags.EDMDecodingVersion auto-configuration

A small change to the logic as discussed in ATR-20501. TrigNavigation should be present in most kinds of Run-2 POOL files, so it's better than HLTResult_HLT (which is dropped from AOD) for the auto-detection.
