GSF : The MultiComponentStateAssembler was always returning true , remove the return and the check

Christos Anastopoulos requested to merge ATLAS-EGamma/athena:MultiComponentStateAssembler_reset_always_returns_true into master

The Multicomponent reset, was always returning true anyhow, make it void , and avoid the check that was doing nothing
