PROCTools: Update CI Simulation Tests
This MR updates the CI simulation test as per ATLASSIM-4341. The new tag s3505 is used now. I created the relevant reference files for the branches 21.0, 21.3, 21.9, and master. I'm asking this MR to be swept into the other branches as well. So, modulo any possible conflicts along the way which I tried to avoid, all should work out of the box but we'll see :) It would be good not to accept any MRs that changes the simulation test results in any above mentioned branches meanwhile just for good measure.
