Material-on-fly for tracking geometry

Automatized mapping of the GeoModel material on tracking geometry layers. Activated by switch TrkDetFlags.MaterialSource='MaterialOnFly'

The merge request contains also a bugfix centering the tracking geometry layers around center of inclined rings.
