Update large-R smart slimming list
This MR cleans up the large-R smart slimming lists.
Only AntiKt10LCTopoTrimmedPtFrac5SmallR20Jets
and AntiKt10TrackCaloClusterTrimmedPtFrac5SmallR20Jets
are currently recommended for use in physics analyses. The other jet collections are investigated by the Jet/Etmiss group only towards a new jet definition and thus the changes in their smart slimming lists have no effect on physics analysis
Changes affecting all jet collections (recommended + extra ones):
- Unnecessary variables concerning the inputs and the grooming algorithm were removed such as:
ConstituentScale, InputType, AlgorithmType, SizeParameter, TransformType, RClus
andPtFrac
. - Exclusive kt subjets are removed (
ExKt2SubJets.ExKt3SubJets.ExKt2GASubJets.ExKt3GASubJets.ExCoM2SubJets
) as these are not built anymore and therefore not added to derivations in any case - GhostBHadronsFinalCount was added to the truth jets (needed for truth labeling) and hopefully this fixes the issues observed by the top group in DAOD_PHYS
- Remove
zg
andrg
as these variables are currently only studied by Jet/Etmiss towards a better calibration but not needed for analyses at the moment (These moments are added as extra variables to JETM1)
Changes affecting only the extra jet collections:
- Removed
GhostAntiKt2TrackJet
from all jet collections other than the two standard ones. These jets are not supported by flavor tagging anymore and thus removed. Only kept it for the two standard jet collections in case analyses are still finishing that use these - Removed also
TrackSumPt.TrackSumMass
as these were used only to calculate the track-assisted jet mass however new collections are built from clusters and tracking information and these variables are not needed anymore.
