Adds cutflow for the overlap removal sequence

Miha Muskinja requested to merge mmuskinj/athena:21.2-ORCutflow into 21.2

I found this useful to understand how many objects are removed by the overlap removal sequence. I could not add this any other way because the cutflow alg needs to be added in the sequence before the AsgViewFromSelectionAlg.
