Upgrade TrigCaloMonitoring (ATR-19232)

This MR upgrades the TrigCaloMonitoring package and fixes a few errors in the existing histograms. This is in the context of ATR-19232.

The changes affect mainly the MT version and are:

  • Improved folder structure for monitoring plots
  • Included separate monitoring for high-ET clusters
  • Added monitoring plots for cluster timing
  • Fixed label in resolution histogram (MT and legacy monitoring)
  • Added matching of HLT clusters to offline clusters
  • Added plots on the matching
