Change HNLFlags for December DRAW_RPVLL processing (ATLDHNL-19)
Change HNLFlags to use
- all the four filters (mu-mu, mu-el, el-mu, el-el)
- with no displaced lepton isolation
- with no segment tagged muons
- with no delta phi cut (unchanged)
Only the mu-mu filter with displaced lepton isolation, with segment tagged muons with no delta phi cut has been used.
