Updating isolation WP and bosons in decay container

Zach Marshall requested to merge zmarshal/athena:21.2_TruthIsolationWPUpdate into 21.2

Two updates for ATLASG-1511:

  • Updating the isolation working points for photons to etcone20, etcone40, and ptcone30
  • Moving the Wboson and decay collection to the general Bosons and decay collection, since this should really include W, Z, and H. Obviously no extra space for ttbar, a bit more for Z/H samples (but probably worth it...)
