adding electron keys

Debottam Bakshi Gupta requested to merge dbakshig/athena:addingElectronKeys into master

This branch has dataHandles required precision electron as electronKeys. The python file which going to be modified is EgammaDefs.py. It already has required photonkeys inside it. adding @fernando and @tamartin.
