Add PixelByteStreamErrs to view verifier in EF muon CB trigger reco (ATR-20524)

I added the PixelByteStreamErrs container to the view verifier in the EF muon CB trigger reconstruction (since it should be produced in the fast tracking step). This should hopefully fix the stall reported in https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/ATR-20524.
