[ATR-20503] Print navigation warning if no trigger navigation remapping data present

Print a warning message if we get a trigger feature whose link is invalid and whose source has isRemapped() == false

This is associated with missing dynamic xAOD variables in the POOL file.

Also splits off decisionToElementLink as its own helper function.
