Updating MM and STGC PrepRawData

Updates and fixes in the MM and STGC PrepRawData for the NSW.

Modifying the types of MM and STGC data members to take into account real data. Introduce cluster shape variables.

This modification will break backwards compatibility for ESD's produced until now, but for the few samples produced until now a re-reconstruction is planned in any case in Muon SW, due to other fixes.
