WIP: removing MdtCalibrationSvc and MdtCalibrationDbSvc

MdtCalibrationSvc and MdtCalibrationDbSvc are removed.

These old Svc were already replaced by new Alg and Tools for the MT.

Tier0 test is ok RunTier0Tests.log
