First implementation of Run-3 B-physics trigger monitoring (ATR-20177)

This adds a basic functionality for the MT version of B-physics trigger monitoring, as described in ATR-20177. Tested on MT-reprocessed ttbar sample (with just a few events passing current B-physics triggers so far).
