A small step towards phasing out the TrigUpgradeTest package as discussed in ATR-20514 - replacing legacy slice tests with Run-3 slice tests in TriggerTest. Also applying naming convention suggested by @hartj, i.e. adding "mc" in the name of tests running with MC input.
