Changes to assure trigger EDM definition order is preserved in serialisation

Changed the way the EDM lists is assembled for trigger EDM serialiser configuration. Now it the order defined in TriggerEDMRun3 is preserved all the way to the serialiser. Related to: ATR-20393 Tagging @tamartin @okuprash
