Add PowhegControl support for Athena argument nEventsPerJob to set number of events

Stefan Richter requested to merge powhegcontrol_general_dev into 21.6

Requested by @amoroso to allow working with the new Gen_tf.py event generation transformation. This change is fully backwards-compatible, it just adds an extra check for the new keyword.
