TrigByteStreamCnvSvc: Fix histResultSizeByModule histogram

Extensible x-axis didn't work as expected in an unlabelled histogram with float values, so I had to fix the range and disable the "can extend" option. Now the histogram looks as expected, although sadly has a hard-coded range. That should be good enough for the foreseeable future though.
