Python 3 syntax fixes for the AthenaConfiguration and MuonConfig packages. Further fixes for new-style configuration tests which write out pickle files, plus some fixes to old-style configuration code in the Database/AthenaPOOL/AthenaPoolCnvSvc,Database/AthenaPOOL/AthenaPoolCnvSvc, Database/AthenaPOOL/OutputStreamAthenaPool and Event/ByteStreamCnvSvc packages.
