Update transform BS filename checking to latest HLTMPPU code (ADHI-4755, ATR-20611)

Output BS filename format was changed in ADHI-4755, and affected the reprocessing ATR-20611

Updated the trigger transform search pattern to the new format

• tested using realistic (e.g. RAW.16769481._005008.pool.root.1) and dummy (e.g outputBSmark) filename options, in both cases renamed to these arguments as expected
