TrigP1Test: Fix BS file names and update BeamSpot test reference

Two fixes for TrigP1Test:

  1. Change names of ByteStream output files following ADHI-4755. This fixes ATR-20520.
  2. Update reference for BeamSpot test. This fixes ATR-20619.
