Feature.21.3.muonphysvalmonitoring - saving TTree in muon physics validation ntuples

A new functionality of saving ROOT TTree objects in muon physics validation ntuples is introduced in the muon physics validation code. This functionality is already added into the master branch with MR 27925 but it failed to be cherry picked onto 21.3. Now, the updated branch is based on the upstream/21.3 branch.
