WIP: Removing DBMtracking as it is not used anymore

Nora Emilia Pettersson requested to merge npetters/athena:master-npetters-removeDBM into master

Attempt to clean-up the code and removing the DBM and DBMStandalone modes for tracking. Talking to experts these are not used anymore and doesn't have a use case for the future.
