Updates to muons for running on PHYSLITE

Zach Marshall requested to merge zmarshal/athena:21.2_FurtherPHYSLITERunningPatches into 21.2

This does two main things:

  • Adds an option to not do the calibration and smearing by default (enabled for the case of running on PHYSLITE for the time being)
  • Does some more extensive protection of muons without tracks, which seems to actually be an issue in PHYSLITE (not clear why yet)

This allows running out of the box on PHYSLITE derivations, though with a boatload of warnings that I'm still working on (at least no crashes!)
