SUSYTools - Allowing users to set a MET suffix

Zach Marshall requested to merge zmarshal/athena:21.2_MET_for_PHYSLITE into 21.2

Giving the option of a user-specified MET suffix. This is important for running on DAOD_PHYSLITE. Shouldn't change any output if no suffix is provided.
