Clean-up whitespace and include guards for TRT_Digitization code

This merge request does some initial clean-up of white-space in the code under InnerDetector/InDetDigitization/TRT_Digitization and standardises the naming of include guards. The purpose is to make further refactoring of the code for AthenaMT compatibility in future merge requests easier to review.
