Deploy the migration of the e/g monitoring and trigger e/g matching tool to composite strategy

Deploy of the e/g trigger migration:

  • Add support to Run 3 navigation in trig e/g matching tool;
  • Move the histogram python configuration implemented by Dmitry to analysis python folder;
  • Improve the monitoring histogram "builder" in the python config;
  • Remove all fill histograms for this MR (Need to find the best way to migrate all monitoring plots)
  • Adapt the tool configuration to the Component Accumulator schema;
  • Adapt the monitoring configuration to the new monitoring framework;
  • Adapt the core to be thread safe

WARNING:

  • Support only for Run 3 monitoring;
  • EfficiencyTool, TrigEgamma(Dist/Res)Tool were removed for this MR and will be reimplemented in the next round.
