EXOT8: Adding R = 0.2 truth jets and fixing AppendToDictionary bug
This adds AntiKt2TruthJets and fixes a bug that prevents AntiKt10TruthJets from being saved. Some additionally cleaning up is performed to remove redundant jet collection scheduling.
