Remove JetSubStructureUtils dependence on ShowerDeconstruction

This removes ShowerDeconstruction from the CMakeLists.txt of JetSubStructureUtils. It was causing compilation warnings (see ATLJETMET-1201) and doesn't appear to actually be used anywhere in the package. It wasn't obvious why it was there to begin with; it pre-dates the git history.
