Added vertex container to default view filter

As discussed in https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/ATR-20671

The EventView filtering option is designed to catch data objects being loaded from the main event store when they shouldn't

This MR adds the primary vertex container to this filter, since it should be loaded from the main event store.
