Put back momentarily alignment call back code since its needed to correct the frozen Tier0 reference files

It was found that the TRT detector element alignment is not properly implemented in the master branch, and this is reflected in the reference files of frozen tier0 tests to contain wrong alignment. Correctly aligned detector elements are found by reverting the changes introduced HERE Changing this imply to put back the callback and this is not optimal, but this will be removed once the TRT detector elements are obtained from the conditions store only.
