Add ART tests running sim/digi/reco on Run3 geometries

Hi,

this MR adds 2 new ART tests (one for the asymmetric, one for the symmetric Run3 layout). The ART tests run 25 events simulation/digitisation/reconstruction. This is a starting point for the tests asked in ATLASRECTS-5224. I will extend them to proper q-test like tests incl. diff-root comparisons in future MRs.
