This is a 2nd MR to request for an additional filter to fix the bug of SUYS GGM Higgsino diphoton samples. More details can be find in ATLMCPROD-8134.

@ewelina, I forgot to add SUSYGGMHiggsinoPhotonFilter.py in previous MR. Now it is added.
