removed check in MadGraphUtils that leads to crashing of LO gridpacks

Hannes Mildner requested to merge hmildner/athena:21.6-lo-gridpack-seed into 21.6

removes a (paranoid) check whether to different seeds have the same value because it leads to a crash when running in gridpack mode (because of unexpected madgraph behaviour)
