The transient class name is removed from the HLT BS payload. It was a duplicated information as the CLID can always be used to obtain the class name. Related to ATR-20699 Tagging @tamartin @okuprash @jmasik @wiedenma I have run the serialisation unit tests, minimal ARTs and the two decoding tests that we have in P1 and Upgr modules.
