ATR-17328 - Improvement for disambiguation in hadronic tau trigers

Implemented improved disambiguity for L1Topo tau triggers. Many changes, but mostly replacing 1DISAMB with 2DISAMB for v8 and leaving the old one for other menus. I did not check for HI, that was crashing before any changes so I commented it out in my local CMake list.
