Externals Update, master branch (2019.12.29.)

Updated all projects to atlasexternals-2.0.52. The only change compared to atlasexternals-2.0.51 is (atlasexternals@2.0.51...2.0.52) a reversal of a change in FindGaudi.cmake, which was causing issues in setting up the correct RPM dependency on Gaudi.

This is to fix the issue with the nightly installations, reported in ATLINFR-3333.
