TrigP1Test: Enable PerfMon in athenaHLT ART tests
Thanks to the fixes done in !29082 (merged), athenaHLT --perfmon
now works fine and we can use it to monitor memory usage in TrigP1Test ART tests. Once this change is merged, we should get similar memory plots in the Trigger ART Monitor webpage for TrigP1Test as we get for packages running offline athena tests, for example:
