Adding tree filter into AnalysisTop

Adding possibility to remove systematic trees from the AnalysisTop output. Trees can be removed directly from the cuts-file using FilterTrees option, e.g.

FilterTrees *JET_JER*_1up, *JET_MassRes*_1up

would remove all JER and JMR shifts up which are identical with shifts down.
