Reject muons with negative-covariance ME tracks in bad muon veto
We have noticed that there are very rare cases of muons that have a negative covariance assigned to the q/p measurement in the muon spectrometer extrapolated track. Investigations in MC indicate that the fit quality of these muons is often poor. We would therefore like to explicitly reject these muons using the bad muon veto, so that analyses sensitive to individual poorly measured muons do not rely on these candidates.
