Fix Errors in LumiMonAlg

Change list:

  • fixed error in variable names. Previously, there was mixed use of "nLooseVtx" and "nVtxLoose".
  • fixed use of weights in TProfiles. Replaced defineHistogram calls using weights with
  • reformatted kwarg order in some definitions so that everything is a little more uniform and consistent
  • added lines in the python to explicitly set member variables of the LumiMonAlg class instances
  • added comments to python configuration
  • moved variables of pixel group into a smaller scope
