Fixed a bug in AthenaKernel/StoreID. Because of this bug StoreID::storeName() was sometimes returning wrong values
Fixed a bug in VarHandleKey::parseKey(), which was turning the keys like '/xxxxx' into blank keys, while it was only supposed to turn '/' into a blank key
