Adding VR track jets to DAOD_PHYS

This adds the lines necessary to include the two containers to DAOD_PHYS:

AntiKtVR30Rmax4Rmin02TrackJets_BTagging201903 BTagging_AntiKtVR30Rmax4Rmin02Track_201903

as required by the Jet/MET group. No other formats other than DAOD_PHYS are affected.

Marked urgent due to the imminent starting of DAOD_PHYS production.
