TestTools: Cleanup of post.sh script

Remove the deprecated EXTRA_PATTERNS feature from post.sh. Also remove the unused "verbose" flag and some general cleanup.

⚠ Since this is touching a script used in all our unit tests, I am forcing all unit tests to run. As long as the failures are the same as in our nightly build, it's OK to be approved.
