Rename 2018 VR track jet collections

Following the request from FTag CP (@cpollard @cschiavi @sanmay @lidiaz) I have renamed the older VR track jet collection to '201810'. I have tested EXOT8 so far, and the outputs look exactly as expected-- no changes in values, just in branch names. There are no changes to branches besides the expected ones (confirmed with a diff-pool). The Hbb tagging has been updated to follow the new collection name, so no change in physics is expected there (confirmed with @dguest).

@egramsta has implemented the changes in all derivations, so this should not cause a big disaster in ART.
