Add xAOD::SCTRawHitValidation_v1 to dictionary (DATREP-174)
Add xAOD::SCTRawHitValidation_v1 to dictionary to fix the problem when producing DAOD_SCTVALID with AthenaMP. xAOD:: was missing.
