Add single particle gun for sampling fraction creation. To be included from jobOptions named like mc.PG_pid11_Mom50000_Radius1500000_eta_0_140.py or mc.PG_pid11_Mom50000_Z3740500_bec_eta_135_350.py The name of the jobOption file will be parsed to determine the parameters of the single particle gun
