22.0 art debug in det phys val monitoring

Shaun Roe requested to merge sroe/athena:22.0-ART_debug-InDetPhysValMonitoring into master

Add one missing post processing script, and change tag for simulation, following what was seen for 21.9 also (ATLASSIM-4341). This fixes EVT to HIT, and HIT to RDO. RAWtoALL still problematic, due to incompatible job options elsewhere which hopefully will be resolved soon.
